YOGA + Studio

YOGA + Studio offers multi-discipline yoga, guided/visual meditations, personal Reiki Sessions, individual in-person and online engagements, and personal training (classes may also include Fusion (combo of yoga, mat Pilates, resistance training) and Reformance (a Pilates-esque class).

At YOGA + [Plus] Studio, we promote the building and expansion of foundational elements of mind and body. We want you to understand your body and know what does and does not feel good, while making you aware of things that may be inadvisable for you. We teach to ALL bodies at all stages. Coming for yoga, Fusion, or Reformance? Grab your mat, blocks, straps, pilates bars, blankets, travel reformer, and anything else you may need for your practice. For in-person private sessions, some of these items may be available for you. Please oordinate with Maria
